As our Distributed by Design (DxD) workforce grows at Clio, the ways in which we collaborate have evolved with to a hybrid approach. DxD supports flexible work arrangements that empower us to be human and high-performing with greater opportunities to collaborate in a global-hybrid environment. While we offer options to work remotely, we also recognize the value of IRL (in real life) connection. We know that nothing can replace time spent together in-person when it comes to building trust, empathy, connection, and accelerated learning.
